The Mount Morris Park Historic District is a 16-block designated historic district in west-central Harlem, bounded by 118th and 124th Streets between Fifth Avenue and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, anchored by the rocky outcrop now known as Marcus Garvey Park. Its streets are lined with largely unaltered late 19th-century rowhouses in Romanesque Revival, neo-Grec, and Queen Anne styles, representing some of the finest Gilded Age residential architecture to survive in Harlem.
